One of the achievement goals that former First Selectman Melissa Mack listed in her November 15 farewell report to the town was that her administration had “paved the way to a more walkable, safe and pedestrian friendly community with the promise of sidewalks connecting to the town center.
On the morning of Thursday, November 4, the Suffield Police Department held a pinning ceremony to celebrate the hiring of our three newest officers.
We will not be seeing my in-laws this holiday season.My wife is a dentist, and I work with her. Two of our kids are in college, one of which is in Boston. My youngest is in middle school. My parents will be visiting from Florida. I would say if there is a coronavirus strain kicking around, there’s a good chance one of us will be bringing it to the table.We are vaccinated.
