The use of 3D printing in manufacturing has quietly slipped into our culture and become widespread in its usage, especially in medical, automotive, aerospace, and consumer products. Lately it is beginning to be used more in the construction of buildings and bridges.

February Winter Reading Programs were a huge hit! We held raffles, gave out daily prizes and more.
Fancy Nancy is a character in a children’s book series written by Jane O’Connor, and everything about Nancy is fancy. With fancy in mind, children ages 4 – 8 are invited to dress in their favorite ensemble for a Fancy Nancy soiree on Saturday, April 27 at 11 a.m.
April is a busy literary month. It is National Poetry Month. It also contains National Library Week, National Bookmobile Day, Poem in Your Pocket Day, and a whole host of other literary holidays few people will celebrate.
The grand opening has not yet been scheduled, but progress in the Kent Memorial Library building was reported to be “moving right along,” and the goal has been set for the building work to be complete by the end of April or early May so the librarians can complete the job of moving back from Ffyler Place.
Congratulations to senior Gabrielle Zeller who was chosen to receive the ShopRite Kindness Award for December. Gabrielle was nominated by Suffield High School principal, Mr. James Blain.
Excellent voices, great dancing, an impressive set, enjoyable music by an immensely popular group, and a hilarious story of modern life in an attractive Mediterranean location — what more could an audience want, especially those in the audience whose kids were on stage.
