Save the date—Suffield’s end-of-summer tradition will be here before you know it. Under the assumption that we will be able to comply with state regulations, Suffield on the Green and Craft Fair is proceeding forward.
The Phelps-Hatheway House & Garden will re-open on Saturday, May 1 for its 49th season! Many repairs and enhancements have been completed, including our 18th-century Pine Room basement, which has been cleared and stabilized (you might like a peek!).
30th Annual Glenn T. Packard Golf Tournament has been scheduled for Friday, August 13 at Oak Ridge Golf Course. For over a quarter of a century, this has tournament has benefited Suffield’s student athletes and community.
Troop 66 has done several exciting events over the past few months. Usually, troops from all over Connecticut get together to have a big competition called the Klondike Derby.
Congratulations to Samuel Petrucci, Class of 2021 at Suffield High School, on being chosen as the Rotary Student of the Month for April.
East Street School had two rooms. It served the community from lower Thompsonville Road to River Boulevard.
