Troop 66 has been active over the past few months. We went canoeing on the Farmington River and camping at Camp Workcoeman.

Boy Scouts of America’s motto is “Be Prepared.” In this photo Troop 260 is preparing for a trip down the Allagash River in northern Maine by practicing whitewater canoeing on the Farmington River during a weekend in May.
The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop have a long history of partnership with the boy scout programs in Suffield, and Hilltop Farm was the place that Jack Fitzgerald chose to do his Eagle Scout project.
On a cool and cloudy Sunday in late April, nearly 75 Suffield Girl Scouts enjoyed some fresh air at Hilltop Farm by celebrating Earth Day with kite flying, letterboxing and a clean-up hike.

The West Suffield Village Improvement Association will hold its annual tag sale on Saturday and Sunday, July 10 and 11 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Academy Hall (1499 Mountain Road).
West Suffield Boy Scout Troop 66 helps the Suffield Garden Club (SGC) to continue to maintain the 109 dogwoods lining Main Street. Additional help by anyone interested is appreciated by the SGC.
FOFAH is very pleased to announce that it has met an important milestone this May. We are now moving much closer to opening the Big White Barn to the public for programs and events.
