We are looking forward to celebrating the 350th anniversary of the settlement of the Town of Suffield in October of this year, on the town’s 351st birthday. The 350th committee will be selling merchandise to commemorate the event all summer at the Suffield Farmers Market and at Cupola Hollow Farms.
Sunrise Park and Babbs Beach now both require park stickers for all Suffield residents in order to access the areas at no charge. Stickers can be obtained at the Town Clerk’s office at 83 Mountain Road during regular business hours.
On June 13, I went to The Suffield Observer. For the first little bit Beth Chafetz walked me through how the paper gets made. After that, I got to edit three different articles.
Please check the Town of Suffield website for time and location (virtual, Zoom, etc.) of the following commission and committee meetings:
1st prize SCAG zero-turn riding mower
As Suffield Academy students pack up to depart at the end of the school year, a crew from UPS stands ready to offer boxes as well as shipping and storage. They’ll even help carry the packed boxes down from dorm rooms to the waiting trucks.
Again, this summer, children and families will have the opportunity to learn about nature. Children will spend time outdoors, discover the natural world, meet new friends, and have fun!
