The Suffield 350th Anniversary art exhibit Visions of Suffield has been on display in the visitors’ center at the Phelps-Hatheway House since May, featuring 36 works by 15 local artists.
Good news. The 350th book of Suffield histories has gone to print and will be available in mid-late September.
One of the events celebrating the 350th Anniversary of Suffield included aspiring artists painting mini barn quilts at A Stroke of Color, a gallery/studio at the Masonic Lodge on Bridge Street.
Another mini barn quilt workshop is coming up at noon on Sunday, September 26th at the A Stroke of Color studio.
350th Anniversary Fundraiser – Power Equipment Raffle
Most of us who live in Suffield have warm memories of one of our favorite traditions, the annual production of Suffield on the Green. The word “production” is an apt designation.
Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Suffield and Connecticut, we are requiring masks in our Church building. We will continue to hold in-person services until further notice.
