Summertime brings many visitors to the historic Phelps-Hatheway House, not just to enjoy the house itself, but to take a timeless stroll through the gardens, lovingly tended by volunteers from the Suffield Garden Club.

The Friends of Kent Memorial Library are pleased to report that we have had another successful book sale this year. All the money made from the sale is used to support Kent Memorial Library programs and purchase materials for the library throughout the year. The Suffield 350th Anniversary art exhibit Visions of Suffield has been on display in the visitors’ center at the Phelps-Hatheway House since May, featuring 36 works by 15 local artists.
