Suffield Parks and Recreation’s 40th Annual Road Race was held on Saturday, September 7. The weather was ideal for the runners and walkers that helped make this year a success!

Goulash Soup is an easy soup to make and a wonderful way to warm up on a cold day. This soup makes a delicious dinner for 4-5 people when served with rye bread and butter.
This December, Main Street will be bustling with activity as the Suffield Garden Club prepares for a spectacular Holiday House Tour, part of the town’s 350th anniversary celebration.
The Suffield Garden Club will hold a monthly meeting on Monday, November 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kent Memorial Library, 50 North Main Street.

One November night in an attempt to get away from my roommate’s clutches, I toddled down to the triple on the other side of the dorm where my friend lived. There, as the skies were darkening, my friend told me about the night she lost her dad.
