The Suffield Senior Center and Emergency Aid Association have partnered to offer Beat Parkinson’s Today program which is based on national research around the benefit of exercise to alleviate Parkinson’s symptoms and slow the progression of the disease.
On June 13, the Suffield Senior Center held a Community Garden Dedication in recognition of their Community Garden Revitalization Project sponsored by a grant received from the North Central District Health Department through the Connecticut Department of Public Health with special assistance provided by Home Helpers of North Central Connecticut and The Potting Shed (Lauren Perleoni).
