Virtual Memorial Day Ceremony – Monday, May 25th at 9 a.m.

The annual Memorial Day Ceremony will be held virtually this year due to COVID-19. A video of the ceremony will be posted at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 25th in order to honor and remember our fallen servicemen and women as best we can during these difficult times.

Town Hall Renovation Update

Most of what has been happening recently in the Town Hall renovation project is being done by builder Gilbane and architect QA&M, who have been working toward the point where Gilbane can report a guaranteed maximum price for the work specified.

Tax Deferment Offered to Suffield Residents Affected by COVID-19

On April 22, 2020, the Board of Selectmen adopted the Governor’s Tax Deferment program to provide relief to taxpayers during the covid-19 crisis. The program, created by Governor Lamont’s Executive Order 7s, provides a three-month grace period to those taxpayers adversely affected by the pandemic.
