Garden Club Volunteers Bring Beauty to Phelps-Hatheway Gardens

Summertime brings many visitors to the historic Phelps-Hatheway House, not just to enjoy the house itself, but to take a timeless stroll through the gardens, lovingly tended by volunteers from the Suffield Garden Club.

The Friends of Kent Memorial Library are pleased to report that we have had another successful book sale this year. All the money made from the sale is used to support Kent Memorial Library programs and purchase materials for the library throughout the year. The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop (FOFAH) is hosting its fourth annual Oktoberfest at Hilltop Farm on October 4th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Planning Begins for Oktoberfest at Hilltop

Suffield’s First Selectman’s office and The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop have begun planning the second annual Oktoberfest, scheduled for Saturday, October 7 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Hilltop Farm.
